【Job Responsibilities】

· Be the contact point to coordinate with sales, finance and legal teams in Thailand and China, to support sales operations and revenue recognition

· Manage and maintain CRM and ERP systems

· Generate sales quotation/contract, sales report, and monthly invoice

· Other ad-hoc admin matters.

【Qualifications】

· Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or management

· Chinese native speaker

· Minimum 2-year experience in administrative field

· Good computer skills (MS Office)

· Must be proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and Thai

· Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
